SMS Policy

By checking the box of our Rental Policy (link) and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to communicate by SMS (text) messages (“Opt In”) with Hi-Tec Property Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“HTP,” “we” or “us”). You further consent to the handling of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy (link), and agree to dispute resolution as described in our Terms of Use (link).

By Opting In, you may receive text messages from HTP about your stay at our property. You may also communicate with us via text message. Types of messages that you may receive:

• Transactional messages
• Weather alerts

You authorize HTP to use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your Opt In.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP (“Opt Out”). After you Opt Out, you will no longer receive text messages from us. You may restart text communication with us by texting START or SUBSCRIBE to our most recent text message.

If you need assistance with any aspect of your stay, please text HELP, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Your communication with us by SMS may be electronically recorded or retained in our records.

By agreeing to Opt In, you confirm that you are authorized to communicate with HTP using the mobile phone number that you provide at Opt In.

HTP will use reasonable commercial efforts to deliver text messages but will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.
